ANNOUNCEMENTS – NEW RATES
After five years with no change in our rates we announce that December 1, 2015 we will raising the rates 10% on all of our vacation packages to reflect the increase in tourism in our part of the island and the increase in our operating costs. This comes as we increase our reservations back log and begin construction of our new beachfront villas “ENDLESS SUMMER”. Any reservations made before December 1, 2015 with deposits will be given the “old” rates from this past year with no increase. Participating investors / new directors in our new villas will see their investment increase in value with NO extra outlay of money.

- ** Because of the deep discounts already given on the 7 day and 14 day packages, we are unable to offer additional discounts or advertised specials in combination with them.
A deposit is required to secure any reservation. While other resorts (of any type) require a 50% deposit or payment in full, we only request a $1500 deposit, which is $1000 for the gentleman, and $500 for the lady. This deposit is non refundable, but in case of a reservations change, can be applied to a later date at any MWV resort.
